Calcium-rich foods

Calcium plays an important role in the development of the bones and teeth of the future baby. During pregnancy, it is necessary for the pregnant woman to consume foods rich in calcium such as the following:

  • Dairy.
  • Sardines.
  • Cabbages.
  • Sesame seeds and almonds.
  • Chickpeas.
