Pregnant women can take into account some tips to alleviate certain common discomforts in the 24th week of pregnancy. Some of the recommendations are as follows:
- Take care of your diet so that it is healthy and varied. It should also include fibre and iron.
- Stay hydrated.
- Eat small frequent meals.
- Exercise adapted to the pregnancy and provided that the pregnant woman is not contraindicated by the specialist.
- Take care with sun exposure and use sunscreen.
- Control weight gain during pregnancy.
In this way, the pregnant woman will try to alleviate the most frequent symptoms and discomforts, in order to enjoy the special stage of pregnancy.
