Embryo development at week 9 of pregnancy

One of the most distinguishable features at week 9 of pregnancy is that the embryo develops fingers, which are separated from each other, forming a tiny hand. The sample applies to the legs and feet.

The eyelids form as well, but the eyes remain shut. The nose and ears acquire a more normal form, too.
