Nutrition should be taken care of during the whole pregnancy. From the sixth month of pregnancy it is advisable to increase the intake of Zinc through food. In addition, it is advisable to avoid drinking liquid just after waking up and eating foods with high fat content.
Other advice for the sixth month of pregnancy is not to drink sugary drinks. It is also advisable to do relaxation exercises for pregnant women.
