Observe uterine cavity by hysteroscopy

Diagnostic hysteroscopy is the ideal technique for the diagnosis of Asherman's syndrome. This test consists of introducing an optical system through the vagina by means of which the entire uterine cavity is directly examined. Hysteroscopy therefore allows direct visualization of the uterine adhesions characteristic of this syndrome.
