People's lifestyle is very important when the goal is to get pregnant. There are some habits that have detrimental effects on female fertility.
For example, the consumption of high amounts of caffeine affects a woman's estradiol and prolactin levels. In addition, the intake of foods rich in saturated fats, such as red meat or industrial pastries, also has a negative effect on oocyte maturation.
