Vitamins are micronutrients, i.e. nutrients that the body needs in small amounts. Most of them must be incorporated into the diet.
When the objective is to achieve pregnancy, specialists recommend eating foods rich in vitamins B, C, D and E. In this image we can see some foods rich in each one of the vitamins and that favor the feminine fertility. For example, vitamin B6 is in sardines, avocados, eggs, etc. or vitamin C in lemons, kiwi and grapefruit.
