To help a pregnant woman write her birth plan, it is important to know that there are templates or forms that the woman should be sure to fill out with her own preferences. However, it is also possible to write one's own document that the woman feels most comfortable with.
In any case, a birth plan cannot include options that are not recommended by scientific evidence.
On the other hand, it is a good idea to consult the options available at the hospital where you are going to give birth, as well as to clarify any doubts with the specialists and review the birth plan with them
