Congenital adrenal hyperplasia causes an increase in androgen levels, leading to viralization. Girls with adrenal hyperplasia from birth often have hirsutism, ambiguous genitalia and menstrual imbalances. In addition, their voice, as in boys, changes and there is more hair than normal.
In the case of children with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, an enlargement of the penis and the appearance of hair at an early age have been detected.
