Cryptozoospermia is a sperm disorder that causes males to have a very few sperm present in their ejaculate, less than 100.000 sperm per milliliter.
Finding the causes behind cryptozoospermia is complicated, as they may have a pre-testicular, testicular, or post-testicular origin.
