Embryonic development from day 3 to day 5

An embryo on day 3 of development consists of 8 symmetrical cells. This embryo will continue to divide and on day 4 will reach the morula stage. At this point, counting the number of cells is quite complicated.

From this moment on, and on day 5 of development, the embryo will be called a blastocyst.
