Both egg quantity and egg quality are higher when using donor eggs instead of own ova.
It is only logical that this happens this way if one takes into account that egg quality and quantity diminish over time, and donors are young women who enjoy good health.
Recipients of donor eggs are usually women of advanced maternal age.
