Acupuncture could show benefits for both male and female fertility, provided it's performed by a professional. Therefore, an increase in sperm quality is possible for some men after this type of treatment while maintaining healthy habits. In any case, if sperm quality is severely affected, as in severe oligoasthenozoospermia, it's unlikely that sperm quality will increase enough to reach values considered normal.
