Can eating a gluten-free diet affect pregnancy or the baby's health?

By Zaira Salvador B.Sc., M.Sc. (embryologist).
Last Update: 03/10/2022

No. Following a gluten-free diet during pregnancy has no impact on fetal development. Nor will it affect breastfeeding after delivery.
