Exercising at the gym could affect male semen quality if done too intensely, for too long, or too often, leading to overtraining, as is the case with triathletes and elite athletes.
It is recommended to do moderate exercise for about 30 minutes a day and take care of other habits such as eating a healthy diet and avoiding tobacco, alcohol, and drugs.
