It is not possible to know if a man is infertile or sterile without performing the pertinent medical tests. It is essential that the man goes to a specialist to have a semen analysis and an examination to evaluate his fertility.
There are some tests available at the pharmacy to measure sperm concentration, but it is important to analyze other seminal parameters to give a complete diagnosis.
