When a man realizes that he experiences dry orgasms or low seminal volume in ejaculations, it is advisable to visit a specialist. The completion of a comprehensive medical history that includes the patient's background and symptoms is the first step toward a diagnosis. Next, the doctor will perform a physical examination of the penis and testicles.
Additionally, he will also study the man's urine after reaching orgasm to check for the presence of sperm. Based on the results of all the medical tests, specialists will be able to determine if the patient has retrograde ejaculation.
