If the abortion is induced, do I also have to wait 3 months to become pregnant?

After an abortion with pills such as misoprostol and mifepristone, it is advisable not to have sexual intercourse while the bleeding lasts, since infection could occur. After that, it is also necessary to wait for regular menstrual cycles to return. This time is usually between 2 and 3 months.
