In what month does the baby sit up?

By Andrea Rodrigo B.Sc., M.Sc. (embryologist).
Last Update: 02/20/2024

Sitting is the fact that the baby is able to sit up independently. Most babies achieve this between 6 and 7 months, although some take a little longer to be able to sit up without their parents' help.
