Postpartum depression is also a complicated situation for the father, who often does not know how to react or proceed. First of all, it is necessary for them to be understanding and not to judge the mother's actions. It would be convenient that the parents also talk to the doctors or psychologists to know how to act and help as much as they can. The support of the couple is essential for the mother's quick recovery.
