What does pregnancy feel like at 1 week?

During the first week, you are still having your monthly menses, so you will feel the common symptoms of menstruation. You may start getting pregnancy symptoms after embryo implantation. From this moment on, your body produces hCG, the hormone responsible for the most common symptoms of pregnancy.
