In a relationship made up of two women, the fertility evaluation will be performed on one of them, or both, depending on the assisted reproduction treatment that will be applied. When it comes to artificial insemination, or in vitro fertilization using donor sperm, or even embryo adoption, only the fertility study corresponding to the woman who will undergo the treatment should be carried out. In the case of using the ROPA method, in which one of the women will provide the eggs and the other will carry out the gestation, since more women are actively participating in the reproductive process, both must undergo the corresponding fertility study that will be indicated by the specialist.
