Lesbian couples wishing to be on motherhood can choose reciprocal IVF as their assisted conception method. This fertility treatment aimed at lesbian couples works as follows: while one woman donates her eggs for in vitro fertilization with donor sperm, the other woman will be the one carrying the embryo and giving birth to the baby-to-be.
This exclusive fertility treatment can only be used by married lesbian couples.
