Childbirth is one of the most feared moments for pregnant women, especially if she is a first-time mother. Therefore, a good way to learn more about it and to be prepared for it are childbirth preparation classes, which are recommended even if the woman is not a first-time mother.
On the other hand, a good idea is to write a birth plan. This will allow the woman to learn about all the options with her specialist and to know what will happen if something does not go according to plan, since childbirth may not always happen as planned.
Finally, another tip is to prepare the bag to be taken to the hospital at the time of delivery well in advance, as the probable due date is an estimate and the delivery could be brought forward.
