Zn is a trace element that helps the formation of spermatozoa since the amount of Zn in the testicles is higher than that present in other tissues of the body.
For this reason, it is recommended that men eat foods rich in Zn, such as red meat, poultry, oysters, etc. if they want to improve their seminal quality.
