Any foreign egg donation agencies focused on IQ level and/or education level?

I know most agencies look for the youngest and prettiest egg donor but what about intelligence, do any agencies specialize in this?

Egg donation agencies usually provide candidates with a questionnaire which contains questions related to their physical features (height, weight…) and also their educational achievements.

However, fertility clinics/egg banks/agencies do not perform IQ tests on a regular basis by law. Some agencies with an extensive egg donor database may offer donors with special characteristics related to ethnicity, intelligence, etc.

This is allowed in countries where known egg donation is allowed, for example in the United States.
