Hello, my husband has lazy sperm and I was told that there is a technique that can solve it, is that so? We have some friends who have gone through something similar and did an AI. Is it the most appropriate?
02/07/2022 at 9:31 pmHello, I am trying to find a good reliable clinic to get pregnant lol, we are not sure what procedure to get done. Can anyone help us out? I´ve heard that AI is a good way to start, but I don’t want to lose money, you know? Thanks
02/13/2022 at 5:00 pmHello anwar21,
Trying to find a fertility clinic that suits your needs can be complicated. From inviTRA we have designed a free tool that helps you figure out what fertility treatment is indicated for you based on your characteristics, wants, and family situation.
This Fertility Report will give you a couple of recommended treatments as well as clinics that offer these treatments and the general prices they have for them.
I hope I could help,
Good luck!

Hello Nicki,
Poor motility in the seminal sample is known as asthenozoospermia. To treat this pathology you can resort to either natural treatments such as a vitamin supplement that has antioxidants or resort to a pharmacological treatment to improve semen quality.
This has a better prognosis in mild cases of asthenozoospermia.
The technique you are referring to is a swim-up recapture technique in which density gradients are used to separate the best quality spermatozoa that are then used for AI or IVF.
I recommend that you go to an assisted reproduction clinic so that they can evaluate the degree of asthenozoospermia that your husband has and propose a treatment based on that.
I hope I have helped you,
Best regards
