Endometrial biopsy before receiving donor eggs

Hello Doc, my egg donor cycle starts in a few months but before that I'll have an endometrial biopsy done in order to analyze it and she if everything is ok. But why it's done? I mean, what's the purpose? What's the worst thing it may indicate? Thanks for your help.
