After a transfer, hormones play a crucial role in the implantation and initial development of the pregnancy. If these hormones are not present or there is not the necessary amount it would compromise implantation and the achievement of pregnancy.
I imagine that your fertility clinic has seen any deficiencies and will need to administer medication to help you get pregnant. If you have any doubts regarding the type of medication or the reason, I recommend that you talk to your doctor so that he/she can explain to you, in your case, what are the guidelines to follow.
