Newbie here and ready to go into treatment

Hi everyone! So after listening to infertility podcasts and doing extensive research I've decided to finally get into treatment. Yes, I just turned 40, no children and I've always wanted children, but no successful pregnancies. I had one miscarriage when I was 29. Now the story gets better :) I had a leep procedure 2005 and I've have a laparoscopy myomectomy last year September 2019 removing 7 fibroids and 1 cyst. Yea... wish me luck right? I hope to find some support here while I'm about to buckle up and go on this journey! I have a favor though.. this past week, I've been IVF shopping and I came down to 2 final clinics. But I'm having a problem understanding this IVF jargon on their itemized bill! Is someone kind enough to look at them and tell me which clinic is providing the best care and especially prices? Or should I contact the clinic and ask them which one is best? I dunno, I am completely overwhelmed. Please help!
