Not pregnant with ovulation kit

Hello doctor, suggestions please.

As I’m struggling with pregnancy I have started using ovulation kit! But after 3 months, still nothing!

Getting pregnant with LH kits can indeed be tricky. The problem is that LH kits do not signal the start of your fertile period- only that your ovulation is approximately 24 hours away. Another problem with ovulation kits is, that they don’t confirm that ovulation has actually occurred.

In your case a salvia test might be helpful. They employ a mini-microscope which help you detect changes in your spit that indicate higher estrogen levels which tells you that you are about to ovulate. If this still isn’t helpful, I suggest you and your partner go to a fertility clinic as there might be various reasons as to why you are not getting pregnant.
