A healthy infant diet should be complete and balanced, so that it covers all the nutritional requirements of the child for proper growth and development.
Therefore, it should be varied, including a variety of foods from the main nutrient groups. However, it is also important how much of each of them is taken, so the Harvard plate should always be kept in mind.
