A healthy diet for children is the same as for adults: foods rich in nutrients and low in sugars, saturated fats, salt, refined flours....
Therefore, it will be important to include fruits, vegetables, proteins, farinaceous (whole grains and potatoes) and healthy fats (such as olive oil or avocado).
In addition, it will be essential to opt for fresh or little processed products, avoiding the consumption of ultra-processed foods.
