Certain foods should be avoided in a healthy children's diet, as they are unhealthy options. Among them, we can mention the following:
- Sweets and pastries.
- Snacks and fried foods.
- Ultra-processed foods and fast food.
- Sugary yogurts.
- Juices, even if they are natural.
On the other hand, sugary or sweetened drinks, energy drinks and, of course, alcoholic beverages should also be avoided.
