Foods to avoid in children

Certain foods should be avoided in a healthy children's diet, as they are unhealthy options. Among them, we can mention the following:

  • Sweets and pastries.
  • Snacks and fried foods.
  • Ultra-processed foods and fast food.
  • Sugary yogurts.
  • Juices, even if they are natural.

On the other hand, sugary or sweetened drinks, energy drinks and, of course, alcoholic beverages should also be avoided.
