When there is a problem of complete retrograde ejaculation, natural conception is impossible for the patient. However, they can resort to assisted reproduction techniques to try to achieve a pregnancy with their partner.
In this case, the methods by which sperm can be obtained to carry out an IVF cycle are: recovering sperm from urine and obtaining sperm directly from the testicle.
