Consequences of complete retrograde ejaculation

A patient with complete retrograde ejaculation does not expel ejaculate externally when having an orgasm. Instead, the ejaculate goes entirely into the bladder.

This is why a patient with complete retrograde ejaculation has an absence of ejaculate and, therefore, is prevented from depositing sperm into the woman's vagina during sexual intercourse. Because of this, natural conception is made impossible.
