On the positive side, we can see several patients that are thankful for the general experience in the clinic thanks to the overall attitude of the staff. Some patients also appreciate that the staff would give all the information necessary whether that is positive or negative and hard to hear.

On the negative side, Brian, a former patient highlighted that the staff treated his wife poorly, to which she responded she felt excluded because of her BMI.

Location: how to get to the clinic?

As stated above, IVF1 has different locations, one in Naperville, their main clinic which is easily accessible right off of route 34, next to North Central College. Another one is in the Plainfield right off of route 55 and the last one is Oswego, next to the Mariana Shopping Center.
