More often than not, male infertility or sterility has no visible or noticeable symptoms, except for the inability cause pregnancy in a fertile female.
However, the following signs might indicate the presence of some kind of alteration in the fertility of a man:
- Swelling, a lump, or pain in one testis or both testes
- Sexual function issues, such as erectile dysfunction
- Abnormal breast growth, i.e. gynecomastia
- Poor sperm count
