Menopause is the end of a woman's reproductive stage, but it is not considered a disease as such. However, when menopause arrives, it is possible that women may present some complications in their physical and mental health:
- Cardiovascular diseases.
- Bone diseases such as osteoporosis.
- Risk of breast cancer.
- Alteration at a psychological level.
