A patient who has developed mild OHSS must monitor certain aspects to quickly detect a possible worsening. To do this, you must assess whether you have:
- Changes in weight or waist measurement.
- Decreased urine volume.
- Difficulty breathing.
- Pain in the legs.
However, frequent ultrasounds and analyzes should also be performed to monitor the evolution of OHSS.
