There is much controversy about the presence or absence of spermatozoa in the preseminal fluid, as there are studies that claim to have found spermatozoa in this fluid and others that defend the absence of spermatozoa.
In any case, these studies have been conducted with a small number of participants, so robust and conclusive results cannot be obtained. For this reason, the possibility of pregnancy with preseminal fluid cannot be ruled out.
