Physical activity provides pregnant women with a better general physical condition, which allows them to carry out pregnancy and childbirth with less risk. Therefore, it is always advisable to practice some sport if the pregnancy is developing normally and is not classified as risky.

- Reduces digestive discomfort and constipation
- Tones the muscles and improves blood pressure
- Helps control weight and prevent obesity
- Helps to recover the figure sooner after childbirth
