At the beginning of pregnancy, a woman can go out for a bike ride on the street. However, as pregnancy progresses, the growing belly can cause balance issues.
For this reason, from the fifth or sixth month of pregnancy, it is advisable to switch to a stationary bike. This way, the risk of falls is reduced.
