Exercise during pregnancy provides numerous benefits for both the mother and the baby. However, it is important to maintain good posture and perform appropriate exercises to avoid any complications.
For this reason, the pregnant woman should wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for physical activity. In addition, proper nutrition is essential to ensure adequate caloric intake. Stretching before exercise and working on flexibility are also fundamental.
Taking breaks and staying hydrated during exercise are other recommendations for pregnant women.
