Going for a walk is one of the most recommended activities during pregnancy, as it does not require any prior training. The most common recommendation is to go for walks lasting around 20-40 minutes, repeating this around three times a week.
In addition, it is recommended to always wear comfortable clothing and footwear on walks, as well as using sunscreen. It is also important to stay well hydrated during walks, so it is advisable to bring water.
