Many pregnant women suffer from back pain or discomfort during pregnancy. Following a series of simple recommendations can help alleviate this discomfort. Among them are the following:
- Do physical exercise, if not contraindicated by the specialist.
- Go to physiotherapy.
- Do not stand for long periods of time.
- Sleep on your side, with a cushion between your knees.
- Use low-heeled shoes.
- To apply soft heat.
However, if the pain is very strong, persists or occurs with other symptoms, a visit to the gynecologist is recommended.
