Male fertility preservation is a very simple procedure, as it is only necessary to obtain a semen sample by masturbation and deliver it to the laboratory for freezing.
In case of not obtaining spermatozoa in the ejaculated semen due to some fertility problem, these can be obtained through a testicular biopsy or puncture of the epididymis.
