Egg donation and sperm donation in Spain stands for a completely anonymous process, that is to say, neither donors can get to know the recipient nor the recipient can have access to identificable information about the donor.
In exceptional cases in which the baby's life is at stake, donor identity disclosure is allowed according to Laws on criminal procedure.
