In accordance with the Czech set of regulations on medically assisted reproduction, gamete donors must remain anonymous and act in an altruistic manner.
Donors cannot be legally incompetent, otherwise it could not be considered to be acting voluntarily.
Gamete donation to a family member is forbidden.
