Lack of communication can be common in couples after a diagnosis of fertility problems. However, communication is essential for the couple to feel that the assisted reproduction treatment and the search for pregnancy is a common project.
In addition, fluid communication will avoid misunderstandings and uncertainty, which can lead to reproaches due to misinterpretations of involvement in the fertility treatment. On the other hand, expressing feelings and knowing how the other person feels will prevent either partner from experiencing discomfort due to feeling misunderstood.
